Pilates Socks
Grip socks are recommended for safety and stability.

Instructor
Grace, the founder and head instructor of PV The Soo Pilates, brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in Pilates instruction and body alignment. She is internationally Certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor and trained under Professor Dolly Kelepecz at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2008. She also received her certification from Modern Pilates Korea in 2013.
With more than 10,000 hours of teaching experience, Grace combines deep clinical insight with proven techniques to deliver personalized, effective results.
We operate by appointment only in a private setting, offering fully personalized Pilates programs tailored to each client’s unique body and needs.
Our approach is grounded in the philosophy of Joseph Hubertus Pilates, the founder of Pilates, who believed in the vital connection between mind and body for holistic health.
