All sessions are by appointment only

Session validity periods: 5 sessions – 1 month / 10 sessions – 3 months / 20 sessions – 6 months

All payments are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to vacation, illness, or injury.
Sessions are non-transferable.
Scheduling and class content may occasionally change without prior notice.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will result in the class credit being redeemed.
Clients are required to notify instructors immediately if they experience any pain or significant discomfort during any activity.
